Not only has founder Tom Ritchey raced at the highest level, he’s also been behind some the biggest innovations in bicycle design and manufacturer since he started building frames as a teenager. He is still president and lead designer at Ritchey, leading R&D efforts in pursuit of both subtle improvements to existing products or large-scale advances leading to new ones.
