This includes working closely with sales staff on the shop floor as well as those presenting the brand online to ensure they’re fully equiped with all the knowledge and information needed to sell.
Our Sales teams work closely with each brand they represent in order to communicate fully to the retailers across all Divisions, from technical specifications through to brand values, as well as product pipelines and key unique selling points.
Aside from retail training at ZyroFisher, we also now deliver Cytech training in-house thanks to a new partnership with the training and accreditation scheme. The newly-developed training area includes space for up to eight mechanics at one time and also covers eBike training.
