National Account Manager – 12 Month FTC

THE ROLE

The role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join the National Accounts team at ZyroFisher, on a 12 month fixed term contract (maternity cover). Reporting to the Head of National Accounts, you will be the primary relationship owner for an assigned group of key accounts. You will have a deep understanding of the retail market and will develop go-to-market strategies to increase the Company’s sales, profitability, and positive market profile. The National Accounts Manager will also be responsible for managing the key account P&L and negotiating retailer terms to deliver results against key KPIs.

 

The requirements:

This is a fantastic opportunity which will suit an ambitious individual who is keen to learn and challenge best practice with new ways of thinking.  You will be extremely organised, be deadline focussed and have a keen eye for detail.

 

Essential:

  • Minimum 5+ years previous account management experience with major high street retailers and a proven track record of delivering results.
  • Able to effectively engage and influence a variety of audiences at all levels of business.
  • Business acumen, sound decision making, organisational skills for a fast-paced environment.
  • Inquisitive, with a commercial and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities alongside a consultative approach to managing complex relationships.
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft applications, primarily excel with ability to create charts, graphs, formulas, VLOOKUP, and pivot tables.

 

Desirable: 

  • A personal interest in sports and the outdoors.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the cycling market and brands.
  • Team management experience.
